SHUKOKAI UPDATE – 23 JANUARY 2017
Welcome back to another top week of Shukokai karate. A very big week with school returning, I hope that goes well for one and all involved in that process.
With a fairly busy Karate year ahead of us I am looking forward to catching up with all of you who have been away on holidays.
A reminder for you to make appropriate arrangements to ensure that you are hydrated before class commences and that you can continue that process throughout class and of course; on the way home. Given our summer conditions I will ensure that students have ample opportunity to keep their fluid levels up.
We are closed on Thursday 26th of January to observe the Australia Day Public Holiday. All other classes are as per our training schedule.
The AFTK has set the date for the Sydney National Seminar. Sunday the 26th of March 2017. I will hang and distribute a flyer as soon as the AFTK makes one available. All enquiries to me on this one please; there are some pre-requisites for attendance.
Great to see several of our Karate students taking up Kobudo training over the holiday period. All of our Kobudoka are working very hard to ensure a polished performance at the first round of our 2017 Club competition series.
